It is with deep sorrow that we mourn the passing of Patricia Ann Ulatoski of Woodbourne; beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Surrounded by her loving family, Patricia went home to be with the Lord on May 3rd, 2025. She was 78.
Born on September 12th,1946 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Patricia was the daughter of the late Marcel and Ceshia Goyette. She was the oldest of five children with three sisters Cathy Goyette of Middletown, Christine Geagley and her husband Kenneth of Wurtsboro, and Tina Doland and her partner Christopher Campiglia of Grahamsville, and one brother Michael Goyette and his wife Kathy of SC.
Patricia was the adored wife of the late Stanley John Ulatoski Sr. Together they shared 47 wonderful years of marriage, raising three amazing children and building a life they loved. They bought a home in Woodbourne NY in 1987, where she and her late husband spent their remaining years. They were avid campers spending many summers with their family in various areas throughout the US.
Patricia was a proud and loving mother of Stanley Ulatoski Jr. and his wife Noelle of NJ, Melissa Freestone and her husband Steven of Liberty, and Steven Ulatoski and his wife Elisa of Yulan, grandmother of Gabriela Garcia, Maggie Freestone, Josh, Jake, Jordan, Jenna, Arron, Emily, and Ceshia Uatoski, and step-grandmother of Ashleigh Galinus, all of whom brought immense joy to her life. Her love extended beyond her immediate family to her countless nieces, nephews, friends, colleagues and others whose lives she touched with her compassion, generosity, and unwavering strength.
Patricia retired in 2011 to care for her husband, Stanley. Prior to that, she worked at Stewart's in Fallsburg for more than 20 years, where many in the community may know her as the opening clerk. She spent most of her life as a dedicated waitress in Middletown, from Friendly's to Lloyd's and everywhere in between. After Stanley passed, she went back to work with the Fallsburg School District Cafeteria Program for nearly 10 years where she was loved and adored by both colleagues and students. She was an avid gardener and in the summer months you would find her outdoors either raking, planting or riding her little red mower. She kept an immaculate landscape and an impeccable home.
Patricia is survived by sister-in-law's Brenda Wood and Ruthann Mead of FL, as well as her children, grandchildren, siblings, and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband and parents.
Visitation and funeral service will be on Friday, May 9th from 8am to 11am at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52 in Woodbourne, with interment to follow at 12:30pm at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Middletown. Friends and family are welcome to attend and celebrate her remarkable life.
