Peggy Lee Masker, of Livingston Manor, passed away on February 15, 2021. She was 72.
She was the daughter of the late William N. Smith and Madeline Thoby, born on March 13, 1948 in Newburgh, NY.

Peggy worked for Peck's Market in Livingston Manor in the butcher department and also previously worked at the Livingston Manor Library. In her free time she enjoyed being outside, particularly bird watching with her children, and she found immense joy in flower gardening. She was an avid reader and truly loved being a homemaker and raising her kids. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children Sherry McNutt and her partner Kevin Patton of Liberty and Clifford Masker of Woodridge; grandchildren Jaymi Fancher and her husband Justin and Michele Hagerty and her husband Tyler; great grandson Brennan Fancher; brothers William Smith and his wife Barbara of Marlboro, NY and Gary Smith and his wife Melanie of Walden, NY; and sister-in-law Gloria Masker of Honesdale, PA. She is predeceased by her devoted husband William "Bill" Masker whom she married on March 26, 1966; her sister Janice Smith; brother-in-law Jack Masker and nephew Justin Smith.

A visitation will be held from 11am to 12:30pm on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Colonial-Bryant Funeral Home, 29 Pearl Street, Livingston Manor, NY 12758. A funeral service will follow immediately at the funeral home. Guidelines set forth by the State of New York will be followed, masks and social distancing are required at all times.
