Obituary

Philip Ginsberg, 90, passed away peacefully at home on May 30, 2026.

Born on March 13, 1936, to Benny and Rose Ginsberg, Philip lived a full and memorable life defined by hard work, devotion to family, and enjoyment of life's simple pleasures.

Philip proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1955 to 1957. Following his military service, he built a career as an auto upholsterer, where his craftsmanship and strong work ethic were well known.

He especially cherished his home in the country, where he enjoyed the peace and beauty of rural life. Philip was known for his warm personality, sense of humor, and fondness for pretty girls.

He was predeceased by his parents, Benny and Rose Ginsberg; two sisters; and one brother.

Philip is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Myrna Ginsberg; his daughters, Debra Colosi (Chris) and Fern Faber; his sons, Alan Ginsberg (Rebecca) and Steve Burke (Diane); his grandchildren, Nicole Franco (Tony), Scott Ginsberg (Lauren), Bryan Faber (Angela), Ashley Odell (Todd), Mark Alessandro (Daniella), Lindsey (Randy), Cassandra Colosi, Anthony Colosi, and Michael; and his great-grandchildren, Luna, Hunter, Logan G., Leonardo, Logan F., and Riley.
