Rae R. Cain, a homemaker and resident of Kiamesha Lake, NY, passed away at Catskill Regional Medical Center on Wednesday June 11, 2014 with her family by her side. She was 95.
Rae was born on February 2, 1919 in New York City to the late Frank and Agnes Kirsch Maurer. She was predeceased by her husband, John Cain, in 1986 and by a brother and a sister.
Survivors include her son, John Cain of Florida; daughter, Jacalyn Kearns of Kiamesha Lake, NY and her grandchildren, Dayna Rae Kearns, Jillian McMichael, Matthew Cain and James Cain.
Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY and private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
