View Tribute Book Ramona Anne Philbrook Hatt, of Loch Sheldrake, passed away on July 4, 2021.  She was 83. Ramona was born on September 17, 1937 in Brewer, Maine, to the late Alden and Gloria Mitchell Philbrook.  She married the love of her life, the late Warren Leslie Hatt, on August 5, 1953.  Together, they raised a loving family and owned and operated Warson Construction in Fallsburg, New York.Ramona is survived by her children, Vicki Lee and her partner, Juan Rodriguez; Warren Hatt and his wife, Regina; Edward Hatt; Donna Hatt and her partner, Banion Felder; Sonia Hatt and her partner James Smith; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  She is predeceased by her loving husband of 54 years, Warren Leslie Hatt; her brother, Raymond Philbrook; her sister, Gloria Vannostrand; and two grandsons. Vsitation will take place on Friday, July 9, 2021, from 4-7 pm at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home in Woodbourne, NY.  A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at 10 am at the funeral home, followed by interment at the Sullivan County Veteran’s Cemetery in Liberty, NY.
