He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Louise Bingell Oakley at home; daughters, Bonnie Oakley of Florida and Rebecca Oakley and her companion Frank Magie of Loch Sheldrake, NY; brother, Richard Oakley and his wife Joyce of Florida; sisters, Patricia Oakley and Rose Oakley, both of Saugerties, NY; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial funeral services will be held on Saturday April 26, 2014 at 3 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty, NY.
