View Tribute Book Richard Cortez of Glen Falls passed away on April 21, 2023, at Garnet Health Medical Center. He was 84.He was the son of the late Mary Ann Cortez on July 11, 1938, in New York.He attended Wassaic School where he met his life partner Andrea Willinger. Richard worked on an assembly line at Plant 3 in Fallsburg and enjoyed spending his money on a tasty treat. Richard had a play written about him and his partner that was shown in theaters across America in the 80s called Andrea’s Got Two Boyfriends by David Willinger. Richard was a sweet, gentle soul.Richard is survived by his brother-in-law David Willinger and his extended family at Crystal Run Village.Visitation will be on Friday, April 28, 2023, at Colonial Ramsay Funeral Home 3534 Route 55, Kauneonga Lake, NY 12749, from 10-11:00am. The funeral service will begin at 11:00am at the funeral home.
