Richard T. Fraser, age 79, of Narrowsburg, NY, passed away unexpectedly on May 31, 2014 at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY. He was born in Brooklyn, NY and has been a resident of Narrowsburg for the last 43 years.
He was a retired Merchant Marine and as a history buff, he loved to reminisce about his travels around the world to his family. He had also served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by two sons, Glenn Fraser and his wife Theresa and Thomas Fraser and his wife Paige and by his grandchildren, Mark, Brad, Kelsey, Shannon, Brandon and Cameron.
Graveside memorial services with Military Honors will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 10 AM at Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery, Sunset Lake Rd. Liberty, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity on one's choice.
