Robert Henry North of Cuddebackville passed away unexpectedly on September 30, 2024, at Garnet Health Medical Center. He was 52.
He was the son of the late Howard North and Elizabeth Holmes, born on August 1, 1972, in Albany, NY.
Robert worked for the maintenance department for Stone Ridge Manor for many years, recently getting the opportunity to work side by side with his son Kyle. In his free time, he enjoyed feeding the animals by his house, especially the rabbits, foxes and squirrels, hunting, fishing, working on his truck, and watching YouTube videos. Helping Kyle work on just about anything that has an engine was truly one of his favorite things to do. Robert was a jack of all trades and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. His sense of humor and sarcasm will definitely be missed.
He leaves behind his son Kyle North and his mother Catherine North, his sisters Tammy Maerling (Thomas), Lori Dauch (Eric), his brothers Stephen North and James North, nephews Thomas Maerling, Christopher Maerling and Jonathan Dauch, niece Cara Dauch, and his friend Frankie Werlitz. He is predeceased by his nephew Amiel Maerling.
