He was the son of the late Carmelo Rivera and Seserina Ramos-Rivera, born on September 19, 1951 in San Huberto, Puerto Rico.
A visitation will be held from 7 to 9pm on Friday, August 16, 2024 at Colonial-Bryant Funeral Home, 29 Pearl Street, Livingston Manor, NY. A funeral service will be held at 10am on Saturday, August 17th at the funeral home. Burial to follow at St. Aloysius Cemetery, Livingston Manor, NY.
