Saulo “Canuto” Rodriguez passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at Garnet Health Medical Center. He was 75.
He was the son of the late Toribio and Hilda Rodriguez, born on January 3, 1949, in Juncos Puerto Rico.
He was known to many as Canuto. He was a hardworking man, always outside, either tending to his manicured lawn, or landscaping to perfection. When he wasn’t outside enjoying nature and all it had to offer, he could be found cooking on the holidays, dancing and listening to music or making people laugh. He had a sense of humor that will truly be missed. He was a landscaper by trade and a dedicated family man by choice. He always made sure his family was his priority; he loved spending as much time as he could with his children and grandchildren. He was a jack of all trade and would help anyone in need. He will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife Mary Rodriguez, his children Barbara Deoliveira, Donna (Hipie) Hulse, Chuck Moshier and his wife Tammy, Lisa Burger and her husband Jim, Jeff Moshier, Tammy (Sam) Acevedo and Dee Rodriguez, and a special grandson raised as his own Toribio Rodriguez and 22 grandchildren and 52 great grandchildren, many siblings and a host of friends. He was predeceased by one granddaughter Angel Rodriguez.
