She was 75.She was born on July 9, 1948 in Chester, NY to the late Seely and Dorothy (Jeffries) Bell.Shirley is survived by her sons Jack Haire and his wife Melissa and Paul Haire; grandchildren Sean and Amber; siblings Mabel Conklin (Morgan), DAvid Bell, Tom Bell (Julie), Richard Bell (Kathy); as well as several nieces and cousins.
