Sylvia J Beach

Sylvia J. Beach, of North Branch, NY, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at Nyack Hospital. She was 71.
She was the daughter of the late Jessie A. Coon and Edith M. Hart, born on November 14, 1948 in Monticello, NY.
Sylvia loved her family more than anything, she loved spending time with her siblings and most of all her grandchildren. She spent her time also relaxing and crocheting, going to the park and sunbathing or getting in her exercise with a good hike. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
She is survived by her children: Gloria Votee, Brenda Lee Beach, Lula C. Beach and Edwina Damms and her fiancé Ray; fifteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; siblings Gloria E. Grigsby, Arvilla Coon and Robert Harris; many nieces and nephews; a very special nephew Kenneth Lee Grigsby; and her canine companion. She is predeceased by two grandchildren William Wharmoth and Andrew Austin Wharmoth; and great-niece Angela Grigsby.
