She was 41. She was the daughter of Charles Banks and Lois Irwin, born on April 12, 1982, in Harris, NY. Tabbatha was a loving and caring person, if you needed something and she could provide it, she would. She truly loved her family, her nieces and nephews were dear to her, and especially Hope, who was her sunshine. But her life was her son, Michael, and her fiancé James. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son Michael Kinne; fiancé James Roamer; mother Lois Irwin; and siblings Jennifer Irwin, Clifford Gildersleeve and Desarae Marshall. A visitation will be held from 5 to 7pm on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at Colonial-Ramsay Funeral Home, 275 S.
