Teresa M. Caputo, of White Sulphur Springs, NY, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2024 at Garnet Health Medical Center, Middletown, NY. She was 65.
She was the daughter of the late Paul and Patricia (Burke) Sorensen, born on May 18, 1959 in Manhattan, NY.
Teresa is survived by her mother-in-law and father-in-law Vincenzo and Marie Caputo, of Staten Island, NY; children: Lisa Montoya and her husband Dustin, Cynthia Caputo and Dawn Baron; grandchildren Isabella and Hope Caputo; siblings Margaret Raymond and Stephanie Sorensen; sisters-in-law Antoinette Caleca (Salvatore) and Angela Caruso (Felice);as well as nieces and nephews Francesca Caleca, Anthony Caleca, Joseph Raymond (Kate), Thomas J. Raymond, Christopher Raymond and Kyle Raymond (Allison). She is predeceased by her husband John Caputo, parents Paul and Patricia Sorenson and brother-in-law Bradley Raymond.
A visitation will be held from 2 to 4pm on Saturday, June 15th at Colonial-Ramsay Funeral Home, 275 S. Main Street, Liberty, NY 12754. A funeral service will follow at 4pm. Joseph LeConey will officiate.
