Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Cheryl Nichols of Liberty; son, Timothy Nichols Jr (Jennifer) of Livingston Manor; daughter, Carrie Moreno of North Carolina; sister Pat Grant and her husband Robert of Liberty; brothers, George and Gary Nichols, both of Tennessee and Tom Nichols of Liberty; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services and burial of ashes will take place at a later date at Laurel Hill Cemetery, White Sulphur Springs, NY.
