He was 60.He was the son of Marline Davis Case and the late Albert Spears and Jay Case, born on January 20, 1963, in Newburgh, NY.Timmy was a people person and he truly enjoyed working at Sams Club where he was around people all day long. He would often be found watching Star Wars and Star Trek in his free time. When he was younger, he would love to be outside with his siblings playing.
