He was 46.Todd was born on November 17, 1976 in Monticello, NY to Rubin Ackerley and Deborah (Terbush) Ackerley.Todd was an avid lover of the outdoors, spending a lot of his free time walking through the woods and fishing. He held a deep affection for animals, especially horses, as well as his beloved canine companion, Chico, who had preceded him in passing. Todd was also an exceptional athlete and as a young boy would play any sport that involved a ball.
