He was 75.He was the son of the late Richard and Lillian (Hewlett) Hill, born on October 19, 1947 in Monticello, NY.Wayne proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps. during Vietnam and achieved Corporal ranking. He was a lifetime member and Past Chief of the Loch Sheldrake Fire Company.
